At View Your Deal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the home goods you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
